If you have a complaint about the service, the products or anything else, please let me know so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

If the complaint concerns a product from A Piece of Poti, I would also like to receive a clear photo of the item in the email. In which the nature of the complaint is clearly visible. You can send the email to info@apieceofpoti.com after which the complaint will be handled (within 14 days of receipt) and resolved to your satisfaction.
